By continuing with the registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

HireBits is a specialized career mentorship and skill development platform designed to help engineering and technology students from Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges secure employment opportunities with leading companies.

What We Provide:

  • Resume building and ATS optimization
  • Mock interviews and technical preparation
  • Industry networking and job referrals
  • Career guidance from industry professionals

2. Eligibility & Registration

To participate in HireBits programs, you must be currently enrolled in or have graduated from a recognized engineering or technology institution. You must be at least 18 years old to register independently.

Important Requirements
  • • All registration information must be accurate and up-to-date
  • • False information will result in immediate termination without refund
  • • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely
  • • Active participation is required for program effectiveness

3. Payment Terms

HireBits offers transparent pricing with clear refund policies to ensure student satisfaction and trust.

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund available within 7 days if you're not satisfied with the program content
  • 50% refund available within 14 days if you haven't completed more than 25% of the program
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Career Support & Realistic Expectations

HireBits provides comprehensive career support and skill development. While we don't guarantee job placements, our track record shows significant improvement in our students' job prospects.

Please Note: Job placement depends on various factors including market conditions, individual performance, company requirements, and economic factors beyond our control. We provide the tools and guidance; success ultimately depends on your dedication and market conditions.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How We Use Your Data:

6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, templates, and resources provided by HireBits, are protected by intellectual property laws and are for your personal use only.

Usage Restrictions:

  • • Recording of live sessions is prohibited without permission
  • • Content cannot be used for commercial purposes
  • • Violation may result in immediate program termination

7. Community Guidelines

HireBits fosters a supportive and professional learning environment. All participants are expected to maintain respectful and constructive interactions.

  • • Provide constructive feedback during peer reviews
  • • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
  • • Report any inappropriate behavior to our support team

8. Limitation of Liability

HireBits provides services to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held responsible for outcomes beyond our direct control.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or career outcomes that may be influenced by external market factors.
